The Following Charges May Apply:
Labor charges $25 per hour per server
.35 per person for plate and cutlery upgrades
Facility Surcharge this is determined by the facility you use and all charges are passed onto the customer
Fuel/Travel Surcharge this charge is placed on events 30 miles or more from our Herr Lane facility and based on the distance traveled
Handling surcharge on rental items

$12.95 per person, with a twenty-five person minimum. Price includes on-site grilling of meats, plates, napkins, utensils, and full service catering.
